Easy Three Bean Salad Recipe

1 15oz Can of Cannellini Beans
1 15oz Can of Kidney Beans
1 15oz Can of Garbanzo Beans
2 Celery Stalks
1/2 Red Onion
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup of Sugar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Sprig of Rosemary, to garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetarian Appetizer Recipe: Asparagus Crostinis

First, drain and rinse all of the beans. Then, in a large bowl mix the beans with chopped celery and diced red onion. In a different bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar and olive oil. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss. The salad is best if you chill the beans in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the beans to soak up the great flavor of the dressing. Before serving, garnish with a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
